Job Description

Are you passionate about cars and helping people? Well, buckle up, because we have an exciting opportunity for you! Ride Rite Garage is looking for a full-time Auto Care Advisor to join our team in Grant, NE.

WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Pay:

  • Competitive base salary of $41,000 to $65,000, with additional performance-based bonuses and commissions

Schedule

  • Enjoy a steady Monday- Friday, 8 am- 5 pm schedule. No weekends!

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. That means answering calls, greeting walk-ins, and providing top-notch customer service. Not only will you be responsible for giving accurate estimates and selling our services, but you'll also be in charge of ordering parts and handling payments. We need someone with strong customer service abilities to ensure that every client has a positive experience with us. WHAT'S REQUIRED?

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to use a computer well (emails, POS system, websites, basic skills)
  • Friendly personality
  • Great customer service and organizational skills

Experience as an SVC advisor in the auto industry would be a plus, but it's not required.
