Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the dealership and learn about what they need.
Guide customers through our lot to find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.
Explain features and benefits of Ford and Mazda models during engaging test drives.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and vehicle display area.
Follow up with potential customers to answer their questions and help them feel confident in their choice.
Work alongside the finance and management teams to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to delivery.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
No experience necessary
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn our specific inventory and brand technologies.
