Are you a licensed P&C insurance agent looking for a change? We are looking for a motivated agent who enjoys working with people and thrives in sales. This position will provide an opportunity to grow your income year over year. 
Requirements: 
  • Goal oriented with a drive to succeed. 
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • People-oriented, outgoing and genuinely enjoy dealing with clients.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Property & Casualty license.
    • Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages and policy changes.
  • Work with manager to create and meet marketing goals.
    • As an insurance agent with our agency, you will be in our training program for the first 1-3 months. You will also learn how we do business and the carriers we represent. We also will provide sales training and tools to enhance your sales skills. We are a young and energetic Agency looking for likeminded professionals who want a carrier they can grow in. 
    Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
