Automotive Technician | Auto Mechanic – All Levels!

Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep is excited to announce a major expansion with the opening of 16 new service bays! As part of this growth, we are looking for Automotive Technicians and Auto Mechanics of all experience levels, including those interested in apprenticeships, to join our industry-leading service team. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting your career, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

· Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined in service orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

· Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional repairs.

· Communicate mechanical issues and necessary repairs clearly to Service Advisors and customers in non-technical terms.

We’re Looking For:

· All Levels of Experience: From seasoned technicians to those just starting out—apprenticeships available!

· Stable Work History: Experience in automotive repair is preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.

· ASE Certifications: Preferred but not mandatory.

· Technical Skills: Ability to diagnose and repair various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC.

· Valid Nevada Driver’s License: Essential for the role.
