• Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical units
• Strong knowledge of adult patient care and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills suited to diverse patient populations
• Ability to handle emergency and high-pressure situations effectively
• Physical ability to perform prolonged standing, lifting, repositioning, and moving patients and equipment
• Adept at working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working night shifts and adapting to nocturnal schedules
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Basic proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• At least 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical RN experience in a hospital setting
• Proven track record of delivering patient-centered, safe, and efficient care

Other Requirements:

• Current BLS Certification
• Valid RN license for New Mexico or a valid Compact state license
• Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Ability to travel as needed for assignments
• Must pass background checks and compliance requirements
