• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Proven ability to provide patient-centered care tailored to various age groups
• Strong communication skills, clear and concise in interactions with patients, families, and staff
• Ability to handle emergency/crisis situations effectively
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, repositioning patients, and assisting with equipment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
• Prior travel nursing experience and adaptability to new environments
• Bilingual abilities for enhanced patient communication

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• 2+ years of recent Medical/Surgical RN experience in a hospital setting
• Experience working night shifts and in diverse clinical environments

Other Requirements:

• Valid RN licensure for New Mexico or a Compact state
• BLS Certification required at hire
• Ability to travel to various healthcare facilities as needed
• Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM), with flexibility for schedule changes
