Job Description
DeVivo Companies has an opening for a full-time, alternative-shift Auto Paint Prepper at our body shop in Middletown, CT. Preppers individually prepare each vehicle throughout the repair process to help our technicians deliver high quality repairs. This is an entry level position that offers the opportunity to learn our business operations and grow your career.

Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles properly for paint, including washing, taping, masking, etc.
Identify imperfections
Rub and polish completed vehicles
Assist technician in other areas as assigned
Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings
Work closely with coworkers to meet deadlines
Keep parts area clean and organized for production efficiency
Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner.
Position Requirements:
1+ years’ experience in a related field
High school diploma, trade school or equivalent
Be able to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
Driver’s license
I-CAR or ASE training will set you above the crowd
