Compensation:$60,000/year + performance-based bonuses
Schedule:5-day work week (closed Sundays)

What You’ll Do
- Master the full automotive sales process from start to finish
- Train across key departments:
- Business Development Center (BDC)
- Sales
- Finance
- Develop leadership skills to coach, mentor, and lead a team
- Deliver a fast, seamless, and customer-first buying experience
- Support our goal of delivering vehicles within 1 hour of purchase decision
