Job Description
At Dinosaur Les Schwab Tire Center in Price, UT, we're searching for a motivated Auto Service Sales Rep- Customer Service Rep to join our full-time team. We are looking for someone with some sales experience, and while automotive experience is helpful, it is not required. The right personality will do well in this role.
Compensation:
Competitive Pay: We offer this role $16 – $24 per hour (depending on experience).
Work Schedule: As a full-time Auto Service Sales Rep- Customer Service Rep, you will work regular shifts with Sundays always off, plus enjoy six paid holidays and paid vacation and sick leave. Our team values a balanced schedule so you can recharge and show up each day ready to succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
You will soon become the trusted face for customers as you greet them, guide them through their automotive needs, and provide expert product recommendations. Your day will include writing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, answering phones, setting appointments, processing payments, and even shuttling customers in the company vehicle. You'll be at the heart of the action, utilizing your customer service skills and attention to detail to ensure every guest feels supported and satisfied.
AUTO SERVICE SALES REP- CUSTOMER SERVICE REP REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent typing skills (30 WPM minimum; typing test required)
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Outgoing and competitive personality
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend for prolonged periods
Automotive experience is preferred but not required.
