- Maintain spray guns, booths, and equipment in peak condition

- Collaborate tightly with body techs and the team to keep jobs moving smoothly
- Consistently deliver top-tier detail, quality, and pride in every spray
- 2+ years of hands-on automotive painting experience (heavy-duty truck/trailer/fleet painting experience is a major advantage!)
- Strong proficiency with paint cameras, mixing systems, spray gun control, and color matching
- Unmatched eye for detail and commitment to flawless, high-quality work
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, hands-on collision shop
- Solid knowledge of safety standards, environmental regs, and best practices
- Eager to learn, train, and share ideas to improve efficiency and results
