AutoCAD Design/Drafter
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2023 or higher.
- Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD for engineering design.
- Proven work experience in preparing computer-aided design of drawings and other graphic material for Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural or Architectural designers using AutoCAD, Map 3D, Civil 3D and/or Revit.
- Indexing, reproducing, managing, and maintaining engineering documents stored in database or in hard copy form.
- Apply mathematical and other engineering computations as required in the course of performing work.
- Drafting experience including techniques, standards, nomenclature and symbols relevant to each specialty area/ discipline and used in the preparation of engineering drawings and other graphic material.
- Able to work in a group setting
- Adapt to working in a fast pace environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Prior consulting or utility experience is a plus
- GIS mapping skill is desirable.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in AutoCAD drafting
