Job Description
Overview System One is partnering with our client to find an early career AutoCAD Drafter who is motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to grow. This role is ideal for someone with foundational drafting knowledge who wants to learn about a great industry and have the opportunity to develop strong technical skills tailored to our products and standards.
What You’ll Do
- Produce accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD
- Support the drafting team with updates, revisions, and production-ready layouts
- Learn company-specific drafting methods, product details, and workflow processes
- Collaborate with project staff to ensure drawings meet internal standards
- Maintain organized files and follow established documentation practices
What We’re Looking For
- Some drafting experience (school, internship, or early professional exposure)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic drafting principles
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific methods
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow direction
- Positive attitude and interest in developing long-term drafting skills
