Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable Automatic Screen Printing Press Operator to run and maintain high-volume production on presses such as M&R, ROQ, or Workhorse. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing quality prints and working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses (ROQ / Workhorse)
- Load garments and maintain proper registration during production
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Mix inks and maintain color consistency
- Troubleshoot press issues to keep production running smoothly
- Work with the team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Requirements
- 1+ year of screen printing or press operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and print quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a production environment
