Job Title: Automation Controls EngineerCompany: Intellectt Inc.• Location: Camden, Arkansas• Employment Type: W2 Contract• Pay Rate: $60/hour• Work Arrangement: Onsite• Shift: Second Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking an Automation Controls Engineer with strong experience in FANUC robotics and Rockwell PLC-based automation. The engineer will develop automation programs from scratch, integrate controls for custom equipment, and support shop-floor testing and production.

Key Responsibilities

Develop PLC, HMI, and robot programs from concept through completion for custom equipment, conveyor lines, and robotic cells.
Program, configure, and troubleshoot FANUC robots.
Configure and integrate FANUC iRVision, including 3DV applications.
Develop and troubleshoot Rockwell PLC programs and servo motion control systems.
Configure, debug, and test equipment on the shop floor in preparation for customer reviews.
Troubleshoot automation issues and provide production support.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting FANUC robots.
Experience with FANUC iRVision and 3DV.
Strong programming and troubleshooting experience with Rockwell PLCs.
Experience with servo motion control.
Demonstrated ability to develop PLC, HMI, and robot programs from scratch through completion.
Experience with custom equipment, conveyor systems, and robotic cells.
Hands-on experience with shop-floor equipment testing, debugging, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing HMI applications using Ignition.
