Controls Engineer Level 1Portsmouth, NH06 MonthsDescriptionSupport ongoing client operations through technical assistance as it relates to the manufacturing and process automation systems. Provide a technical resource to operations customers to ensure that instrumentation and automation systems are designed and operating to meet production needs.
- Develop technical knowledge on manufacturing equipment and processes automation systems
- Support resolution of equipment breakdowns and quality issues in the suites
- Conduct troubleshooting and technical analyses on manufacturing equipment and processes automation systems including PI data analyses, review/troubleshooting code, etc.
- Assist with tech transfer, projects, and process improvements as needed.
- Performs all work safely and meets the requisite training requirements.
- Complete change request lot assessments to support lot release
- Review SOPs, Functional Specifications, and work instructions
- Remain up to date on all assigned training activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
