Pinnaql is a trusted consulting partner to regulated life sciences companies, providing deep technical, validation, and quality expertise across every stage of the product lifecycle. We partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations to navigate complexity, accelerate project timelines, and maintain a strong state of compliance and audit readiness.

We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethical standards as an Automation Program Delivery Manager supporting a large scale capital project in Indiana.

Responsibilities:

Provide Oversight of health of all projects within a program*
- Support project wide communications
Interface to the Global Facilities Delivery program leadership
Manage and engage the automation PMO project controls team to accomplish the following:*
- Completion comprehensive automation project budget, cost and forecast tracking and reporting
Generation of monthly reports to stakeholders
Management of a centralized issue tracking system and metrics dashboard
Develop and maintain project automation schedule management
Develop and maintain project reports and KPIs
Manage automation platform projects e.g. DeltaV Hardware, PAT etc.
Member of the program automation leadership team

Qualifications:

BS Engineering (or equivalent experience)
10+ years working Automation experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (preferable in API/bulk manufacturing)
Previous Drug Substance Pharmaceutical large project experience
Experience in supporting large (>$10M) automation projects
Ability to develop and generate budgets and reports (incl./ KPIs)
Proficiency in commonly used project management tools (scheduling P6/MS Project), metrics, risk management)
Formal Project Management credentials
Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid networking and interpersonal skills
