Job Description
Lead the transformation of legacy test automation frameworks into scalable, AI-enabled automation platforms leveraging modern tools, reusable components, and cloud-native architectures. Utilize Generative AI and AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate test design, script generation, test data creation, defect analysis, and automation maintenance, improving productivity and test coverage. Design and implement intelligent test automation solutions across UI, API, data, and integration layers using contemporary automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Drive automation architecture, framework governance, and best practices, ensuring maintainability, reliability, observability, and seamless integration with DevSecOps processes. Partner with development, product, and quality engineering teams to identify automation opportunities, reduce technical debt, and establish next-generation quality engineering practices that improve release velocity and software quality. Key Skills: AI-assisted testing, GenAI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), Selenium/Playwright/Cypress, API automation, CI/CD, DevOps, Python/Java/JavaScript, test framework modernization, quality engineering transformation.
