Butler Ford Honda is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Associate with 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an automotive dealership. Experience with warranty and product cancellations is a strong plus!
What You'll DoPerform daily and weekly account reconciliations
Post journal entries accurately and timely
Assist with month-end accounting processes
Process accounts payable and prepare checks
Complete daily bank deposits
Assist with physical vehicle inventory on both dealership lots
Monitor warranty and product cancellation schedules and statements
Work closely with managers and team members to resolve accounting discrepancies
Help maintain accurate financial records and internal controls
1-2 years of accounting experience
Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
Experience with account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close
Experience with CDK, Dealertrack, Tekion, Autosoft, or similar dealership management systems is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable with excellent time management
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
