Job Description
Accounting Title Clerk Duties and Responsibilities may include a number of the following:
- Prepare finalized deals for scanning (remove staples, make necessary copies, put everything in order etc.).
- Scan the whole deal into the system, ensuring that all pages are captured and clear.
- Maintain an organized work area.
- Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks.
- Proactively communicate with your supervisor.
- Propose solutions and improvements to processes.
- Answer incoming calls for the dealership.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Self-motivated and able to effectively schedule and complete tasks to meet deadlines.
- CDK experience a plus.
- Ability to lift 10-15 lbs. unassisted.
- Availability weekends/nights, based on scheduling.
