Job Description
We are growing!!!! Toyota of Cool Springs has an amazing opportunity in their accounting office. We are looking for someone with at least entry level experience in automotive accounting but willing to train the right person. If you want to be a contributing member of an awesome team, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
Requirements and Skills
- Use of Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite is a plus
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including excel.
- Must be dependable and capable of processing large volumes of work on a daily basis
- Well organized
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report and have a valid TN driver’s license.
