Automotive Deal Billing Clerk

O'Steen Auto Group | Full-Time

 Location: Jacksonville Florida Pay: Competitive, based on experience

 Responsibilities

  • Accurately bill all new and used vehicle deals
  • Process trade-in payoffs, including lien verification and submissions
  • Submit contracts to lenders and ensure timely funding
  • Review deal jackets for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Management to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines

 Requirements

  • Previous automotive dealership billing or accounting experience 
  • Experience with DMS systems (Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
