Job Description
Pepe Auto Group is seeking talented, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Accounting Clerk. We’re looking for a well-organized team player with previous automotive bookkeeping experience who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills, along with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. If you’re dependable, self-motivated, and ready to grow with a successful automotive group, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Receipt daily transactions and reconcile accounts
- Prepare and process bank deposits
- Scan and organize vehicle deal paperwork
- Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation
- Resolve account-related issues in a timely manner
- Assist with additional clerical and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous automotive accounting experience preferred
- CDK experience preferred
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Pay: $52,000 – $75,000 per year Job Type: Full-time
