Job Description:Ray Catena BMW/Lexus of Westchester is seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Office Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.

We foster a true team atmosphere—this is a workplace where we support one another and never say, “that’s not my job.”

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Posting and accounting for vehicle deals
  • Commissioning deals accurately and timely
  • Processing trade payoffs
  • Cleaning and maintaining schedules
  • Supporting daily accounting office operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of automotive accounting experience (required)
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-first environment
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience
  • Full benefits package including:
