Position Overview:
We are seeking an Automotive Assistant Service Manager to support our Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Volvo service department. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and has a proven track record of leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily service operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Support and coach service advisors and technicians to achieve department goals
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality
- Ensure compliance with Volvo service standards and MileOne policies
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and concerns
- Assist in parts and inventory management as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years service experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of dealership operations, service processes, and warranty procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
