We are a growing independent automotive dealership, along with a rapidly expanding local auto finance company, seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Title Clerk / Biller to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, accuracy, and doing things the right way every time. If you take pride in being organized, following established processes, and supporting both your team and customers with care and professionalism, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Process and submit all titling and registration paperwork for retail and lease deals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Handle license plate renewals for existing customers
- Process warranty cancellations in a timely manner
- Track and manage outstanding titles and follow up as needed
- Assist with accounts payable functions
- Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with customers

- Prior dealership or title experience preferred, but not required
