Automotive Billing Clerk

Ricart Automotive – Near Dublin, OH

Ricart Automotive is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support our dealership's accounting team. This role is responsible for processing deals accurately and ensuring all paperwork is completed and posted in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and post vehicle deals into the accounting system
  • Verify the accuracy of contracts, pricing, and required documents
  • Reconcile deals and ensure all paperwork is complete
  • Work with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized records and support accounting functions

Qualifications:

  • Automotive dealership or billing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (CDK experience a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet required MVR standards

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays as needed)

Wages: Pay range of $39,000 and up, depending on experience
