Automotive Billing Clerk

Loyalty Automotive is seeking a Billing Clerk We are a highly successful and expanding multi-franchised dealership group headquartered in Chester, Virginia. Our current portfolio of dealerships includes: Cadillac, Chevrolet, Nissan, Toyota, and Volkswagen. We also operate four high volume Collision Repair Centers and a Used Car operation. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment Basic accounting and analytical skills Clearly communicate with internal and external customers professionally Reinforce company policies and adhere to all company standards Maintain compliance with all laws and regulations Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Responsibilities: Transaction processing retail new/used vehicle sales, dealer trades and wholesale Reconcile schedules for new and used vehicle inventory Resolve discrepancies in billing with finance and sales departments Calculate sales commission Automotive experience is preferred. Educations: High school diploma or equivalent is required
