Are you an automotive accounting professional interested in a work environment where your talent is appreciated? If so, Mazda of Clearwater may be the perfect fit for you and your talents. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Billing Clerk.  Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred, but will train.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and post all new and used car deals.
  • Process dealer trades
  • Submit incentives.
  • Enter all new car inventory.
  • Reconcile schedules and end of month reports.
  • problem resolution of account related issues
  • Post manual journal entries and any other posting as required.
  • Assist in other projects as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • HS Diploma/Equivalent
  • Automotive accounting experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Reynolds dealership software experience preferred
  • Prior Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent work history
  • Clear background/Drug Screen
