Automotive Billing | Title Clerk

Szott M-59 Dodge has an opening for an experienced Automotive Billing/ Title Clerk. You will be responsible for accurately documenting all title, registration, and vehicle owner information as well as billing out new and used car deals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Verify legal transfer of documents for the DMV
- Write payoff checks for trade in vehicles, post into accounting all transmittal amounts
- Post accounting entries related to all DMV
- Complete DMV registration paperwork for sales made at the dealership
- Complete all information needed for title administration
- Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed
- Maintain accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information and sale information
- Cap new and used car deals
- Inventory new and used vehicles
