The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Automotive Body Shop Manager, or an experienced Body Shop Estimator ready to grow into a management role, to join our team! The Body Shop Manager oversees the collision repair and refinishing process from start to finish and is responsible for hiring and supervising technicians within the department. To ensure adequate sales volume, the manager develops business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other referral sources.

Candidates with strong estimating experience who demonstrate leadership ability and a desire to advance into a Body Shop Manager role will also be considered. Training and development support will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Body Shop Manager Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Collision estimating experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
  • Desire to take the next step into a leadership role
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in collision repair; experience in estimating and managing people and processes preferred
  • ASE Master Technician Certification in Collision Repair and Refinishing preferred
  • Maintain I-CAR Gold Certification
  • Ability to work in a team environment with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with DRPs
