Role Summary

Ourisman Honda of Frederick is looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Deal Processor to join our team. This role ensures the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle sales while maintaining compliance with all regulations. It requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

More about the role

• Review and process customer credit reports
• Conduct Red Flag and OFAC verifications to ensure compliance
• Maintain and update compliance records as required
• Submit credit applications to lenders based on client creditworthiness
• Enter deals into the dealership management system (DMS) and generate necessary documents
• Verify deal paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and required signatures
• Process and fund deals in a timely manner to support dealership cash flow objectives
• Handle cash receipts and assist in collecting past-due receivables
• Process vehicle purchases and post-sale transactions accurately

What we look for

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is preferred
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership or finance-related role is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
