What You'll Bring to the Team:

Experience: At least 3 years of dealership experience in a similar role.
Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must.
Reliability: You'll need to pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record check.

A Day in the Life:

You'll play a crucial role in our operations by:

Sending contracts to lenders and ensuring accuracy.
Processing vehicle titling, sales tax, and lien paperwork.
Posting daily transactions (sales, purchases, cash, payoffs).
Balancing schedules and reconciling accounts.
Verifying sales commissions and managing CIT aging.
Handling trade-in payoffs and title reconciliation.
Supporting your team members when needed.
