Promotive is hiring an experienced European Automotive Technician for a highly respected independent repair facility in Black Eagle, MT. Key Responsibilities

• Perform automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on European vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair engine systems, electrical systems, drivability concerns, HVAC systems, braking systems, steering systems, suspension systems, and transmission systems.
• Utilize factory-level and aftermarket diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance services and manufacturer-recommended repairs.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle condition and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving European vehicle technology.
• Support a team-focused culture that prioritizes quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong experience servicing European brands such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, Land Rover, and Volvo.
• Proven automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using OBD-II diagnostic scanners, digital multimeters, and modern diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to independently perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Strong understanding of engine systems, electrical systems, suspension systems, braking systems, HVAC systems, and transmission systems.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to producing high-quality repairs.
