Job Description

CAPITAL is looking for a motivated Automotive Express Technician to join our growing Service Team.If you’re fast, detail-driven, and ready to build your career, this is your opportunity. In this role, you’ll perform high-quality maintenance services that keep our customers safely on the road — while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a busy, professional shop environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements)
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and identify potential concerns
  • Mount, balance, and rotate tires
  • Replace air, cabin, and fuel filters per manufacturer guidelines
  • Test and replace batteries
  • Inspect and advise on brake services
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Follow safety protocols and PPE standards
  • Support team operations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technician experience (express / quick service preferred)
  • Strong maintenance & tire service skills
  • ASE certifications are a plus — not required
  • Efficient, detail-oriented work style
  • Team-first mindset
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to identify basic vehicle concerns
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings
