WHAT YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKEYou'll be working with well-qualified customers on lease returns and pre-owned vehicles in a structured, process-driven environment.The volume is consistent, the deals are clean, and the support staff is in place. You're not chasing bad paper or babysitting a salesfloor — you're doing what you do best, at a high level, and going home at a reasonable hour.You'll report directly to leadership that's been in the car business for decades — not a revolving door of managers. We know whatgood looks like because we've built it.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR› You've performed at a high level over a sustained period — not a hot streak› You don't need to be managed — you run your own desk like a business› You understand that a clean deal today is worth more than a blown-up deal tomorrow› Process, compliance, and attention to detail aren't things you tolerate — they're how you operate› You've stayed at shops because they earned your loyalty, not because you couldn't leaveOur customer base is primarily strong credit. That said, the ability to structure deals across a range of credit profiles is a plus — it's not thefocus, but it's a skill we value.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES› Structure and finalize deals in compliance with lender guidelines and company standards› Maintain a tight, disciplined CIT process — no shortcuts› Protect the company's financial interests through precise documentation and execution› Deliver a high-level customer experience while maximizing profitability› Uphold strict ethical standards and full regulatory compliance
REQUIREMENTS› Proven track record as a top-performing F&I Manager› Strong lender relationships and product knowledge› Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline› High character, professionalism, and accountability› Ability to operate independently while contributing to a high-performance team
