Finance Manager / F&I Manager

Location: Southwest ConnecticutSchedule: Full-Time | Dealership Hours, Including SaturdaysCompensation: Competitive Salary + Commission/Bonus Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our luxury automotive dealership in Southwest Connecticut. The Finance Manager plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while managing the dealership financing, insurance products, and final stages of the vehicle purchase process.

The ideal candidate is a confident, professional, and results-driven individual who understands the importance of both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through financing and leasing options
Present and sell F&I products including service contracts and GAP
Structure deals and work with lenders to secure financing
Complete and review all finance and deal documentation
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
Partner with Sales and Management to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery
Meet or exceed F&I sales, CSI, and profitability goals

Qualifications

2+ years of automotive F&I experience
Strong knowledge of automotive financing and leasing
Excellent communication and closing skills
Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge
Luxury automotive experience preferred
CDK experience preferred
