Job Description
Newton Nissan of Gallatin is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our team. We are looking for a professional who can structure and close vehicle finance deals, work closely with lenders, present and sell finance and insurance products, and maintain strong compliance standards throughout the process.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Five (5)-day work week
- Scheduled within a Monday through Saturday work week
- Sundays closed
Responsibilities
- Structure, present, and close vehicle finance deals
- Work directly with customers to secure financing options that fit their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Present and sell finance and insurance products, including protection products and related offerings
- Ensure all deals are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with dealership, lender, state, and federal guidelines
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Work closely with the sales team to support a smooth customer experience from sale to funding
- Maintain a strong understanding of dealership systems and finance processes
- Help protect the dealership by following all compliance and documentation standards
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of automotive finance experience required
- Proven experience structuring and closing vehicle finance deals
- Experience working with lenders and finance sources
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance product sales
- Well-versed in dealership systems, including Reynolds and eLead
- Strong understanding of compliance, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
