Grey Wolf Automotive Group is actively seeking an experienced Finance Manager (F&I) to join our Ford and Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram (CJDR) dealership in Jasper, AL.

We are looking for a results-driven professional who excels in structuring deals, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers

  • Structure deals and secure financing through lenders

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations

  • Maximize backend gross profit and product penetration

  • Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals efficiently

  • Maintain accurate documentation and funding processes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I)

  • Strong knowledge of lenders, deal structuring, and compliance

  • High level of integrity and professionalism

  • Excellent communication and closing skills

  • Experience with Ford and/or CDJR brands preferred

  • Track record of strong product penetration and PVR performance
