Job Description

Razzari Ford is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, driven Finance Manager to join our high-performing team in Merced, CA. If you thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, have a strong understanding of automotive finance, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

  • Structure and finalize vehicle financing and leasing deals

  • Present and sell finance and insurance products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, etc.)

  • Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and lender regulations

  • Work closely with sales team to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions

  • Accurately complete all paperwork and funding processes in a timely manner

  • Deliver a transparent and professional customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I)

  • Prior F&I experience required

  • Strong knowledge of lending practices, compliance, and dealership systems

  • High level of integrity and professionalism

  • Excellent communication and closing skills

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

  • Dealer Track experience is a plus
