St. Louis CDJR is a rapidly growing dealership seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Present finance and protection products to customers in a professional and ethical manner
- Secure financing through lender relationships and financial institutions
- Maximize F&I product sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Ensure all finance and insurance paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Partner closely with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience
- Monitor funding, contracts, and deal completion
- Achieve monthly production and performance goals
Qualifications
- Previous automotive F&I Manager experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lending, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed performance goals
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
