Job Description
Veero Auto Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our growing dealership group in Morris, Minnesota.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving organization focused on growth, operational improvement, customer experience, and long-term career development. Ownership is highly involved and actively investing in the future of the dealership and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities:
- Structure and finalize automotive finance transactions
- Present finance and protection products professionally and compliantly
- Work closely with lenders to secure approvals and maximize deal opportunities
- Maintain strong CIT and funding discipline
- Ensure all deals are compliant, accurate, and processed timely
- Support sales team with lender structure and deal flow
- Help improve overall customer experience and profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, OEM programs, and vendor partners
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of lender programs and compliance
- Organized with strong follow-through
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dealertrack DMS and RouteOne, or similar experience preferred
- Ford & CDJR experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Morris, Minnesota
