Job Description
We are seeking two motivated Automotive Finance Manager Trainees to join a high-performing dealership team where growth truly matters. This is an entry-level finance opportunity designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in automotive finance and leadership.
Our Finance Managers are coached, developed, and promoted from within. You’ll be trained by experienced professionals and supported by a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and success.
What You’ll Do
Learn all aspects of the automotive finance and insurance (F&I) process
Assist customers with financing and protection product options
Work closely with lenders to secure competitive financing solutions
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with regulations
Develop strong customer service and closing skills
Progressively take on more responsibility as training milestones are met
What We’re Looking For
College degree OR prior military experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus (not required)
