Job Description

Ted Moore Auto Group is looking for self-starting, outgoing and dedicated office staff to join our team. We offer on-site training, prefer to promote from within, and have a strong understanding of the work/life balance. The position is full time and Monday - Friday.

Ted Moore Auto Group is an Oklahoma-owned and locally operated automotive group with a primary focus within the automotive retailing industry. The company owns and operates several dealership franchises and collision centers within Oklahoma. Qualifications include:

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Qualifications desired:

  • Dealership accounting experience a plus but not required, on the job training!
  • Microsoft Word, Excel or Google Drive experience is a plus
  • Dealer Track (DMS) experience is a plus 
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
