Establish and monitor sales, gross profit, and performance goals

Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales and profitability

Oversee inventory levels, aging, merchandising, and vehicle acquisition

Partner with Finance Managers to maximize performance and opportunities

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team

Monitor market conditions and competitor activity

Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and dealership presentation

Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending partners

Present finance and protection products professionally and clearly

Ensure all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently

Partner with the Sales Department to provide a smooth delivery experience

Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on lender programs

Meet and exceed department performance goals
