Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to all internet leads (website and third-party sources)
- Build and maintain a prospecting pipeline
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
- Provide pricing, financing options, and vehicle availability
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective buyers
- Present and demonstrate vehicles in-person and online
- Assist customers with credit applications (online and in-store)
- Follow dealership sales processes and best practices
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, certifications, and market trends
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Qualifications
- Strong desire to succeed and earn based on performance
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
- Outgoing, relationship-driven personality (“people person”)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable asking for the sale and closing deals
- Basic computer skills (email, internet, CRM systems)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Steady work history
Requirements
- Availability to work Saturdays and some evenings
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Must pass background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
