Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator

Huntersville Ford is looking for a full time Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator to add to our growing team.  We are a locally owned and operated dealership located in the southern end of the Lake Norman Area.  Our community trusts us, and our commitment to excellent customer service keeps our neighbors coming back.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule appointments for the sales department
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience a plus
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive, Persuasive, Outgoing, and hardworking personality
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
