Job Description

Mercedes-Benz of Florence is hiring Experienced Mercedes-Benz Luxury Sales Associates

Must Have: 

  • Previous automotive high line/Luxury or non-automotive luxury sales experience
  • Previous book of business
  • High-level communication skills
  • Understanding of the Mercedes-Benz Brand with Previous Brand Experience Preferred
  • Complete grasp of the Sales Process to ensure our customers have a world-class car-buying experience at every point in their sales journey
  • Ability to provide an unparalleled level of product knowledge and brand expertise to guide and assist customers as they find the best vehicle for them. 
  • Comfortable in growing the dealership and your career by meeting challenging monthly sales goals and objectives
  • Bring new business to the dealership through referrals, networking and repeat business
  • Clean Driving Record and Valid Driver's License
