THE OPPORTUNITY

Ross Downing Auto Group is on an ambitious path — growing from 5 stores to 20 by 2040. We’re looking for a Marketing Director who can build and execute the campaigns, digital presence, and brand strategy that fuels our expansion. You’ll work closely with our teams across every location, and as we grow, so will your department. If you’re a motivated automotive marketer ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you.

2+ years in automotive marketing

Collaborative team player

Ability to grow & lead a department

OEM co-op program knowledge

Dealer management system fluency

Bachelor’s in Marketing or related
