Jim Riehl's Friendly Cadillac/Honda is looking for an office biller, this is a full time job. You must be proficient on the computer and also baseline accounting. Below see a job description and duties.Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have dealership experience, with CDK experience preferred. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle sales transactions in our CVR system for customer registrations and plates
- Prepares tax and title documents
- Ensure accuracy in billing- verify funds and lienholders
- Submit paperwork to the SOS to maintain compliance
- Scan in deals documents
- Cut payoff checks for trade-ins/lease buyouts to lienholders/etc.
- Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership experience required
- CDK experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Professional communication skills
