Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform oil changes, fluid checks/top-offs, and basic maintenance following manufacturer guidelines.
- Vehicle Inspections: Inspect filters, tires, lights, belts, and hoses; identify and report visible concerns.
- Service Tasks: Replace oil filters, air/cabin filters, windshield wipers, and other common wear items.
- Customer Communication: Explain routine maintenance needs and inspection findings in a clear, professional manner.
- Documentation & Shop Support: Accurately document services performed and help maintain a clean, organized service bay.
- Certification: ASE certification preferred, or equivalent professional experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Experience: Previous experience working as an automotive oil technician, preferably with experience in a dealership environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle systems, including brakes, engines, steering, and electrical.
- Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic abilities and the capability to troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
- Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: A commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and keep up with new automotive technologies and industry trends.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
